Three’s Company

I used a process of utilising a shadow box to photograph this still life using a torch and cardboard. My surface was matboard prepared with colourfix primer. I used a cool blue underneath these lovely glowing delights. I did a quick charcoal indication of basic shapes and then applied the pastel. I used mainly Terry Ludwig, Art Spectrum Extra soft and Sennellier pastels. Yarka hard pastels also in certain areas. A tiny touch of Shminke white.
