This painting is from a favorite spot in Orleans Cape Cod. I started this painting using Prismacolor Nupastels and Holbein pastels. Then I washed the the painting with an alcohol wash. I then added layers of Schmincke. Sennelier, Terry Ludwig and Unison pastels to the buoys. Had a lot of fun with this one!
