Meadow in the High Sierras

My son shares his photos (used with permission) from his backpacking trips in the Sierras and I greedily paint from them every year as I can no longer backpack. Loved the flowers in the foreground and mountains and sky in the background of this photo from Return Creek in the Yosemite Wilderness. On UArt 600 with watercolor underpainting and finished with assorted soft pastels.
